My Craniotomy Journey...

After 32 hours at hospital I have offici

Images above of my surgery on 12/12/2018. I went in with a positive attitude and was ready to heal and put it all behind me. I was scared but determined. I left the hospital 32 hours later!

 

I wrote this note to myself the day before surgery so that I could come home and be reminded of my goal. It was an uncertain time and I was terrified but driven to make my healing process a peaceful one. It went better than I expected and I am beyond grateful to be on the other side of it.
